Bandit Program

The Northwest Bandits Organization was established in 2006 by the President Ray Atkinson. Most of the programs teams play in the Seattle Elite League each year with the exception of some designated to play tournaments only. The Bandits use Atkinson Baseball Academy during the offseason to provide their players with an indoor facility to train year round. The Bandits staff is made up of former college players that have a vast amount of baseball knowledge and know what it takes to not only progress but to Win.

The Northwest Bandits baseball facility has recently been renovated with a whole new netting system to provide the program with the ability to practice indoors when the Pacific NW weather decides we cant play outside. The facility also provides the Bandit players with an Arm care area to not only strengthen the arm but to prevent throwing injuries during the season.

Our coaches are the instructors. They have outstanding experience, having played baseball at a very high level. They also follow a very disciplined hitting, throwing, fielding, catching and pitching curriculum that is consistent and does not vary from instructor to instructor. Our instructors are excellent teachers of the game and understand our mission statement. We demand a high level of character and discipline from our coaches.

We believe practice time is critical to the development of your player and we also want your son to be facing the highest level of competition he should be facing on a consistent basis. Thus we participate in Sandy Koufax, Mickey Mantle and Seattle Elite Leagues, as well as, participate in local, regional, state and out-of-state tournaments.
